The Tower Hamlets Assistive Technology Lending Library (THATLL) is funded by Tower Hamlets council and is based at Stephen Hawking School. THATLL lends IT equipment to educational settings within Tower Hamlets to enable pupils with special needs to access the curriculum and provides advice on it's use and suitability.
