THATLL stands for Tower Hamlets Assistive Technology Lending Library. It was started in 2003 and is a library of ICT equipment (based in Stephen Hawking school) that can be lent to educational settings within Tower Hamlets to enable pupils with special needs to access the curriculum. We also offer advice where appropriate. THATLL is funded by Tower Hamlets and involves four people:
John Galloway and Hilary Norton who are advisory teachers for ICT/SEN and Inclusion. They are based at the SEN centre, 85 Harford Street.

We are currently lending equipment to around 45 educational settings.
